Project description

Completed in 2014, the VICTOR Headquarters represents a thoughtful dialogue between landscape, architecture, and brand identity. Conceived as both a corporate landmark and an experiential space, the design translates VICTOR’s cultural values into physical form—merging symbolism, function, and spatial rhythm.

Drawing inspiration from feng shui principles, the site positions water features to the east of the main axis and open land to the west, evoking the sunrise over the East China Sea—a timeless metaphor for prosperity and renewal. The landscape subtly rises from the main entrance to the park, guiding visitors through a sequence of spatial transitions that embody calm strength and progression.

At the heart of the plaza, a V-shaped walkway echoes the company’s logo and architectural façade, transforming the entry space into a stage for fashion exhibitions and seasonal showcases. This recurring “V” motif extends into the perimeter walls, mirror pools, and paving patterns, creating a cohesive and immersive brand expression throughout the site.

The headquarters remains remarkably well-preserved, a testament to the project’s enduring design and craftsmanship. Following Beijing’s industrial relocation initiative, Victor Group later expanded to Hengshui, commissioning the Gray Garment Industrial Park—also designed by the same team—to continue its legacy of blending corporate identity with landscape and spatial design.
