Project description

The Cloud Valley Complex boasts a wide variety of building types, and nature is a key theme throughout this project. The image shows the buildings enclosing each other to form a canyon, which includes a sunken space on the basement level and a security space on the second floor, creating a three-dimensional feel. The sunken space integrates the sponge city’s water absorption, storage, infiltration, and purification functions with everyday uses.

Our designers consider multiple factors in their landscape design. Not only do they aim to meet regulatory targets, but they also uphold the concept of sustainable development and adhere to the national carbon neutrality initiative. We implement ecologically diverse designs, prioritizing biodiversity and taking into account the balance of air, water, sunlight, and other natural environments. From construction to operation, while considering sustainable development, we also conduct frequent site visits, fine-tuning our plans based on these visits. For example, in the hardscape, we utilize permeable or traceable materials and employ natural methods to create feature walls and field samples. This not only meets the client’s requirements but also incorporates innovative design concepts, resulting in an overall design that is both innovative and diverse. Designers will incorporate vegetation tailored to the park’s ecological environment, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and eco-friendliness. For example, industrial park designers will introduce plants such as coleus, autumn purple wax, and pear, which offer both ecological and economic benefits. We will make conservative estimates based on the client’s specific quote, rationally breaking down and controlling each component. From macro to micro, we will clearly define pricing for each level. We will communicate in real time using detailed tables and dynamic data tracking to ensure rational cost planning and allocation. We will also conduct cost assessments for both soft and hard landscapes at each stage to ensure transparency and transparency, and we will refine soft landscape components to ensure cost allocation is accurately addressed. For example, when designing a quote, we will first assess the overall design, then assess the specific form and quality control. After construction begins, we will revisit the project. Our company adheres to a philosophy of sustainable design, striving not only to complete the project but also to overcome design challenges.
