Project description

The project is surrounded by water on three sides and is adjacent to a municipal park. The ground floor and lower floors are commercial, housing DingTalk’s headquarters. The remaining space is rented out. The building’s three-dimensional valley provides creative space for landscape design, creating a forest-like mixed-use office and commercial space. A winding green island of forests crisscrosses the ground floor. The sunken courtyard minimizes the building’s submerged space, creating a vibrant green valley with streams, waterfalls, and rock formations, allowing for easy transition from office to evening socializing. The park’s south side seamlessly blends with the municipal park, injecting a park-like atmosphere into both commercial and office spaces.
