Located in Chaoyang District, Beijing, this 125,000-square-meter Science & Technology Headquarters Park embodies the principles of sustainability, innovation, and corporate synergy. Conceived as a dynamic campus where architecture, landscape, and interior design converge, the project redefines the relationship between nature and urban life.

The masterplan is designed as a porous urban fabric, seamlessly connecting to surrounding city blocks and green corridors. At its heart, a sequence of public squares, sunken courtyards, and verdant gathering spaces cultivates creativity and social exchange, transforming the headquarters into a living ecosystem for collaboration and inspiration.

With a strong emphasis on biodiversity and human well-being, the landscape employs native planting, permeable surfaces, and energy-efficient systems that promote resilience and environmental balance.
