Project description
Located in the heart of Riyadh, this landmark mixed-use development spans approximately 15.9 hectares, integrating residential, commercial, and hospitality components within a unified urban vision. Positioned at the gateway of King Salman Park, the project stands as an international complex that aligns with the aspirations of Saudi Vision 2030, representing a cultural and architectural symbol of the city’s transformation.
The design embraces Customized Planning to maximize city-view and landscape resources, ensuring every component benefits from a direct connection with the surrounding environment. Through an intricate dialogue between architecture and landscape, the project establishes a seamless spatial experience where green promenades, shaded courtyards, and elevated terraces frame panoramic views of the city and the park.
The landscape design is conceived as the project’s connective tissue—linking buildings, open spaces, and pedestrian routes into a coherent whole. Blending cultural identity with future placemaking, it creates a living environment that celebrates Riyadh’s evolving urban character while offering spaces that invite people to gather, experience, and belong.
