Project description

AGILE Binheyanjun Community Sales Center Project is located in Tianjin Binhai New District, Where most of its land consists of coastal saline-alkali soil, therefore we were trying to use salt-tolerant landscape in the design. The Community sales office area has been designed together with the surrounding requisitioned green spaces (which are envisioned to serve as a public park in the future). In our design process, we have incorporated the concept of rain gardens, utilizing a variety of new plant species and specialized paving materials. The visitors stroll upon the bridge, as if walk through the nature. The entire project shows a natural ambiance, thoroughly embodying our company’s design philosophy that restores nature and authentic aesthetics. The nature-friendly garden within the children’s playground allows residents to experience the beauty of the great nature without leaving their home.
